The biggest risk is what takes place between the ears of big bank/brokerage senior leadership's ears and there is clearly no management of those functions whatsoever. Morgan would have you believe this is just a one-off event that could never happen again. Like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the annual football-kicking trick, somehow they get away with it.
