    Morgan Stanley upgrades Home Depot (HD) to Overweight from Equal Weight. "We believe that the turn in housing is real," and "there is more margin upside than the market appreciates." Shares +1.8% premarket.

    Home Depot (HD) plans its biggest capital expenditure of the year: $60M for more than 10,000 portable devices made by Motorola (MOT) that will manage inventory, make phone and push-to-talk calls and act as mobile checkouts. The retailer currently does inventory with rolling computer carts powered by motorboat batteries.
