Big refiners suffer most: VLO -6.7%, TSO -6.7%, SUN -3.6%, HOC -9.6%, FTO -8.6%. Big integrated oils do a little better: XOM -1.5%, BP -1.5%, CVX -1.1%, COP -1.6%.
