Oil and gas wells and mines get more depleted, and thus yields are doomed to decline. Thursday, January 19, 2012, 3:29 PM Natural gas tumbles to nine-year lows following the 87B cubic feet draw announced today by the EIA. But unhedged natural gas trusts haven't fully priced in the glut of natural gas, which could translate into more downside for companies like San Juan Basin Royalty Trust (SJT -3.6%), Hugoton Royalty Trust (HGT -1.8%) and Sabine Royalty Trust (SBR +0.2%).
