  • TIME TO TAKE A BITE OF SMART BALANCE by William Kabourek
I've owned SMBL on and off over the past several years. The story hasn't changed, but the share price is inching lower. An opportunity is at hand if you can wait five years. Regardless of the "markets" results, Smart Balance will reach $1 Billion, control a significant share of... More »

  • McDonalds (MCD) vs. H.J. Heinz (HNZ): When More Dividends are Less Dividends by Chuck Carnevale
Rightfully, investors are attracted to stocks that pay a dividend and increase it every year.  This is especially true in today’s low interest rate environment. Currently, due to historically low valuations,  many blue chip companies can be purchased with a dividend yield... More »

  • Wish list - EBAY, BAC, HNZ - cheaper! by Lee Eugene Munson
All three cover some pretty wide territory, but all are based on the consumer spending something! I sold out all three this week for a profit and would get back in on a pullback.Understand: I am not looking for a 10% down, just a few days of steam blowing off . . .

  • HNZ - Took the profit close to resistance level by Lee Eugene Munson
I see a lot of resistance for Heinz at 38 and decided to take my profit at almost the high of the day 37.12, I like this stock but I want to take a breather as it nears resistance

  • Update - HNZ - quality vs. 'catsup' by Lee Eugene Munson
HNZ is a new addition from last week. I am intermediate term on this and looking for a breakout above 40. From there the sky is the limit, meaning around 43-45!Again - same idea as SLE but with a larger cap and a different product line. The bottom line is the chart, as food will follow the... More »

  • HNZ - intermediate play by Lee Eugene Munson
HNZ is the type of defensive name a decent portfolio needs, but compared to CL, K, and PEP, the value is there. The rest of the group, especially GIS, have played out. If the group sells off, I expect HNZ to follow, but at least I have some upside. Late day rally????

  • Stock to Watch: HJ Heinz Co. (HNZ) by Arsuron Papartassee
I love burgers and fries, but who doesn't. The next time you head to your local In-N-Out, McDonald's, or local burger joint, take a look around and see how many people eat their fries with ketchup. The next stock to watch is HJ Heinz (HNZ), the #1 ketchup producer and distributor. Beyond... More »
