• 09:11 AM Nokia (NOK) loses a key legal battle to avoid defending itself against a patent-infringement lawsuit by InterDigital (IDCC) at the International Trade Commission. Nokia maitains the dispute should be settled through arbitration. A court win would pressure NOK to license IDCC's pricey technology. Comment!
