PowerShares S&P International Developed High Beta Portfolio ETF

The PowerShares S&P International Developed High Beta Portfolio (Fund) is based on the S&P BMI International Developed High Beta Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies that comprise the Index. The Index is compiled, maintained and calculated by Standard & Poor's and consists of the 200 stocks from the S&P Developed ex. US and South Korea LargeMid Cap BMI Index with the highest sensitivity to market movements, or beta, over the past 12 months. Beta is a measure of how closely correlated a stock's returns are to that of the market, which is defined by all of the stocks included in the S&P Developed ex. US and South Korea LargeMid Cap BMI Index.
