PowerShares S&P International Developed Low Volatility Portfolio ETF

The PowerShares S&P International Developed Low Volatility Portfolio (Fund) is based on the S&P BMI International Developed Low Volatility Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies that comprise the Index. The Index is compiled, maintained and calculated by Standard & Poor’s and consists of the 200 least volatile stocks of the S&P Developed ex. US and South Korea LargeMid Cap BMI Index over the past 12 months. Volatility is a statistical measurement of the magnitude of up and down asset price fluctuations over time.
