Warren Buffett’s (BRK.A) hunt for a big acquisition could lead to targets like Eaton (ETN), Illinois Tool Works (ITW) or Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), all of which seem to fit his preference for growth in industries outside his core insurance unit. A Reuters analysis focused on firms with market caps in the $10B-$30B range that meet Buffett's publicly stated criteria for deals.
