It is difficult to fill an hour day in and day out. On a cost-benefit basis, I no longer listen to him. Instead, this forum provides a valuable service -- I can get what Cramer recommended by just spending a couple of minutes; even this I do sporadically. Why blame the reporter -- each reader must accept his/her responsibility while reading another person's views. Reply

Puiblishing a summary of Cramer's picks is fine, but how about exercising a little critical judgement once in a while? Cramer tends to be a bit loquacious (I almost said, a bit of a "motor mouth"), and providing a trail of breadcrumbs through the dark woods of his comments might be of benefit to the reader. Reply

Sun Hydraulics (SNHY) is trading at $32 which is $10 down from it's 3 month high and their latest earnings report on Aug 5th beat the estimate by 7%. Is is time to revisit SNHY? This seems like a good entry point. Reply

Global Stock Markets: Let the Gains Begin [view article]
You can take a trading "stance" without actually executing a trade unless there is a trade to take. Don't trade out of boredom, but be prepared with a plan.

Sometimes you actually have to watch what the market is doing to determine what it is saying. Why try and be a hero? A "long term approach" can also mean "get out and wait for lower prices".

Agree short term positive for stock markets with US dollar gains and oil price falling. Longer term still negative. Hence a trading stance may be in order. Reply

InBev isn't so much a Belgian brewery as an international version of AB. In other words, they make a lot of cheap swill and distribute a lot of good beer. I can't imagine any foreign company taking over AB, though. Doesn't seem like the corporate cultures would mesh well. Reply

At least the Belgians brew good beer. Is there an economist out there who knows how long we can go on selling America in order to cover our $60 billion per month trade deficit?

    Alan,
Im feeling the $600 rebate check thing how ever we are seeing PUT (right to sell) activity on PSUN. Not only that they moved the earnings date up from 5/21 to 5/8 ahead of the Option expiration and before retail sales numbers. The volatility has been shifted from the June Cycle

Closed at 4.20 a share....bounce or? I don't know what to make of this. For the past month and a half it couldn't break 4 bucks a share, now it jumps 8.81% in a day. Some insight please. Reply

Short Seller: Sorry to see you go. I appreciated your insights. But maybe Daffy has the right idea. . . Sell off the top and come back on the bottom. This way the price of the position keeps coming down.
As you said, the Fed can't afford to let ET just collapse and go under. There has to be a buyer in the wings. The only question I have is when this sale will happen.
