- Tuesday, February 28, 2012, 5:58 AM Banco Santander (STD) agrees to buy Poland's Kredyt Bank from Belgium's KBC Groep (KBCSF.PK) in a move that will allow Santander to deepen its presence in one of Europe's fastest-growing economies as profits slump in Spain.
