Monday, December 19, 2011, 9:27 AM As Eastman Kodak (EK) struggles to stay afloat, the company is getting hit by a patent lawsuit from Japan's Kyocera (KYO), which alleges the "head component" of Kodak's inkjet printers violates its IP. Friday, September 2, 2011, 7:28 AM Wi-LAN (WILN) announces it has initiated litigation over wi-fi patent infringement against a number of major tech players including Dell (DELL), H-P (HPQ), Kyocera (KYO) and Apple (AAPL) to name a few.
