Friday, March 18, 2011, 1:56 PM Lorillard (LO +8.5%) shares soar after the FDA finds "insufficient evidence" to conclude that menthol cigarettes pose any greater risks to users than regular smokes, diminishing the possibility of a ban on menthol. Altria (MO +1.2%) and Reynolds American (RAI +2.2%) also make menthols but they comprise much smaller percentages of the companies' sales. Comment!
