Stifel Nicolaus cuts its 2013 earnings forecast on an assumed sales volume decline in part of MCP's business and more conservative pricing. Friday, May 10, 10:23 AM A new processing facility at Molycorp's (MCP +20.5%) Mountain Pass mine should reach full production by mid-year, but a chlor-alkali plant at the mine that would allow for cost cuts by recycling some chemicals is not due to start operating until later in the year, MCP says in last night's conference call.
