Wednesday, April 3, 4:47 PM More on Mitcham Industries (MIND): Q4 misses on both counts as later-than-expected starts to the winter seasons in both Canada and Russia caused many projects in those regions to be delayed. Additionally, land leasing activity levels in Latin American continue to be plagued by permitting and regulatory issues, stalling business there as well.
