  • 15:14 PM S&P says it may downgrade Disney (DIS -2.7%) after the announcement that the entertainment titan would sink $4B into acquiring Marvel (MVL +25.2%). Meanwhile, DreamWorks Animation SKG (DWA) is up 6.6% to $33.77 as Goldman Sachs (GS) raises its price target to $38, speculating DreamWorks could become a takeover target for a large studio without CGI capabilities that wanted to emulate a Disney-Pixar relationship.
