Thursday, May 16, 10:16 AM Navidea Biopharmaceuticals (NAVB) says it's entered into an agreement with Nordion (NDZ -1%) to produce and supply its (123) labeled I-drug NAV5001 for late-phase clinical trials. NDZ will manufacture and supply of NAV5001 clinical trial material by radiolabeling NAVB's precursor drug product with Iodine-123 to form (123)I NAV5001, and then manage the logistics and shipping arrangements to third-party clinical trial sites. Friday, March 22, 4:20 PM Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (RDY -1.1%) announces that it's settled claims against Nordion (NDZ +0.1%) by accepting a cash payment of $22.5M. Thursday, September 6, 2012, 12:43 PM Canadian medical-technology company Nordion (NDZ +0.8%) gains after its FQ3 swung to a profit on fewer one-time expenses and higher sales. The quarter marks a reversal as sales have slipped in recent quarters, due in part to supply interruptions and the temporary shutdown of a reactor.
