Aug. 17, 2012, 4:44 AMNestle (NSLYF.PK) has lost a case in Germany over its Nespresso machines, with a court ruling that the product's patents don't prevent competitors from selling generic coffee capsules that can be used in the machine. The judge said Nestle's capsules, which are much more expensive than its rivals', are not the key component, or "special feature," of the IP. | Comment!
