                        It's too bad the election is so soon. Chances of Congress helping NY after Obama's rabble rousing are low. Against public opinion now.

                            I am not as familiar with NYC & NY state finances, but I know CA & Illinois would have trouble coming up with new construction money.

                                Cramer says that because the Federal gov't can print money, it will pay for all of the rebuilding needed in NYC & NY state. Dream on?

                                    Perhaps NYC & NY state should just find a few more things to fine GS, MS, JPM, C, et al for.Isn't the mantra these days, make the banks pay?
