Thursday, November 29, 2012, 2:05 PM Oneok (OKS -0.6%) appeared to have cancelled its Bakken Oil Express plans Tuesday, citing insufficient shipper interest, but CEO John Gibson refers to the 200K bbl/day pipeline project as "postponed," saying shippers were not interested in sending oil to the Cushing, Okla., storage hub.
