The PowerShares Global Agriculture Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ OMX Global Agriculture IndexSM (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index and ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the Index.
