PowerShares Riverfront Tactical Balanced Growth Portfolio ETF

The PowerShares RiverFront Tactical Balanced Growth Portfolio (Fund) is based on the RiverFront Global Tactical Balanced Growth Index™ (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities included in the Index. The Fund is a "fund of funds," as it primarily invests its assets in the securities of funds included in the Index, but may also invest in ETNs and equity and fixed income securities included in the Index. The Index is optimized relative to a growth risk profile targeting approximately 80% equities and 20% taxable fixed income. The Index will rebalance monthly, although weekly rebalancing may be necessary in volatile markets or for risk management purposes. Effective June 30, 2010, the name of the PowerShares Autonomic Balanced Growth NFA Global Asset Portfolio changed to PowerShares RiverFront Tactical Balanced Growth Portfolio. Its underlying index also changed to the RiverFront Global Tactical Balanced Growth Index™. Prior to June 30, 2010, the Fund's underlying index was the New Frontier Global Dynamic Balanced Growth Index.
