41 Stocks Returning 10% or More Last Week [view article]
Yet again you claim to have read my previous posts where I have stated this numerous times...MetroPCS. We don't sell data so not sure how I would be envious of a "startup" company that sells junk. Once we do start selling data I'm sure Sprextel/Clearwire will be something we talk about in passing...with quite a few jokes!I see you haven't denied working for Sprextel/Clearwire so we're all assuming that's why you're so defensive...good luck there bud! Actually Ops Mgr. Dr. Ernest Simo is a well respected engineer & author of many books. He's a nationally recognized trainer in wireless technologies. As usual in all my responses to your uneducated posts, try doing some background research before posting crap...again, go back to work Sprextel/Clearwire sales puke! Replydoesn't get

So you're a Cell Tech that gets his information from pamphlets, the internet, and youtube!!! HaHa!! Reply41 Stocks Returning 10% or More Last Week [view article]
And yet again you didn't read my post. I DID NOT dispute any gain Clearwire had the PREVIOUS week. I only posted they lost that & more the week FOLLOWING. Good God dude, READ BEFORE POSTING CRAP! I also ask that you look up Dr. Ernest Simo who indeed also claims that HSDPA uses OFDM in some cases. Again, I don't claim to know anything, I just post my opinions. You can now go back to work Sprextel/Clearwire employee.... Replydoesn't get

InterOil found two very big natural gas resources in Asia (where LNG trades at a huge premium) plus they might very well have ability for a liquids stripping plant and their refinery has turned around. Half the float is short, but the case for shorting seems weaker by the week (we might get a push from the new SEC rules as well). The upside is still very large as the gas has not been priced in and they have many more drilling prospects. We follow it almost on a daily basis at shareholdersunite.com where you can also find many background articles. We can probably now restate this & say that some lost 10% this PAST week...i.e.-Clearwire. Horrible! ReplyUBS: Energy Producers to Benefit from Rising Oil Prices [view article]
BTE has been a monster performer. Buy 40% BTE and continue the ride for a while, and split the rext among PWE, ERX, and PVX to balace the risk. ReplyUBS: Energy Producers to Benefit from Rising Oil Prices [view article]
Yes, I like PVX as well as PWE.I don't like HTE because payout ratios have been bvery high because crack spreads have been sucking, and I expect them to continue to do so as demand for gasoline decreases as its price increases--and *I don't see this relationship changing anytime soon.
In the current environment, I much prefer pure E & P companies versus integrateds.

PVX reserve life above 15 yrs. ReplyUBS: Energy Producers to Benefit from Rising Oil Prices [view article]
Don't forget PVX, it has an east/west trans Canada pipe line which will be able to transport nat. gas as needed. That pipeline plus the facilities for GTL and a reserve life above years make this my safest CanRoy...besides, it has already paid for itself in my portfolio.I used to own Petrofund and Canetic, now I have a bunch of PWE. I do not like the company, probably never will because it likes to hide its assets but my upside target is around $48.
I prefer HTE because I figure the replacement cost of that refinery to be twice what they paid for it. The fact that they are expanding capacity adds to HTE' allure.
AAV has a relatively small payout, the hedges it has in place will hurt it in the future but a move to $18 will mitigate somewhat... Reply

Although I like BTE and Vermillion as well, I think PWE is the "undiscovered&quo... gem of the Canroys. It essentially DOUBLED its cash flow per unit in the quarter it just reported and cash flow for all of 2008 will be more than a double assuming oil at $107 and gas at $8.50.With oil at $115 in 2008 (a projection with which I agree) and gas at $9 (which I think is low, mine would be $10), PWE will substantially MORE than double its cash flow this year.
Unlike BTE and Vermillion, both of which have run nicely in the past few weeks (especially BTE), PWE has just started to move, giving it more upside in my view than the others. In addition, PWE's dividend yield at 12% is much better than BTE or Vermillion's, offering yet another attraction to PWE and adding to total return.
I think all the Canroy oil and gas trusts will do very well in 2008, but I think total return on PWE is likely to exceed the average.

Strong buy. Increasing production in the Bakken play. Whitesands project continuing to demonstrate in situ recovery process from the oil sands. THAI & CAPRI patented technologies have significant licensing potential for heavy oil recovery / upgrading. Does not appear to be priced into stock at all. A free option on a step change for the industry. ReplyEditors
