Organic licensing revenue decreased 10% Y/Y, negatively impacted by a large transaction in Europe that didn't close and weak North American sales. The company also guides FY12 revenue lower, now expecting to earn $1.27B - $1.29B versus $1.31B - $1.33B previously expected. Street expectations were for $1.29B. Shares -0.9% AH.
