PowerShares Ibbotson Alternative Completion Portfolio ETF

The PowerShares Ibbotson Alternative Completion Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Ibbotson Alternative Completion Index™ (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Fund is a "fund of funds," as it primarily invests its assets in the securities of funds included in the Index, but may also invest in ETNs and equity and fixed income securities included in the Index. The Index is compiled and calculated by Ibbotson, using a proprietary methodology to select underlying ETFs, ETNs, and equity and fixed-income securities covering a group of asset classes and investment strategies. Effective June 30, 2010, the name of the PowerShares Autonomic Growth NFA Global Asset Portfolio changed to PowerShares Ibbotson Alternative Completion Portfolio. Its underlying index also changed to the Ibbotson Alternative Completion Index™. Prior to June 30, 2010, the Fund's underlying index was the New Frontier Global Dynamic Growth Index™.
