Thursday, May 9, 11:10 AM A feature to give customer the ability to order food online is just a customer service add-on for many restaurant chains, but for pizza companies it looks like a formidable driver for profits. Domino's (DPZ -0.2%) has cited surging online sales in the past and now Papa John's (PZZA -0.7%) says it received a lift from online and mobile ordering. CEO John Schnatter says the combination accounted for 40% of all sales during Q1.
