Wednesday, March 16, 2011, 11:36 AM The Fed’s chief bank regulator says 30% of U.S. banks have supervisory ratings deemed unsatisfactory. While banks’ asset quality is "stabilizing," conditions in real estate markets are "still very difficult” and the banking system is “still in the repair and recovery stage."
