Friday, April 13, 2012, 12:47 PM Catalyst Fund reports a 8.1% stake in Quad/Graphics (QUAD +1.1%) in a filing (13D) with the SEC blasting the company in no uncertain terms. Not only are shares undervalued due to "severe, ongoing mismanagement," but both the financial and investor relations functions are "broken and need to be fixed."
