The former is in-line with a $10.6M consensus, but the latter is below expectations of -$0.08. Rubicon states LED wafer pricing remains weak (prices for 2"-4" wafers, while improving, remain below total cost), as does demand for 6" wafers (partly responsible for light Q1 guidance in Feb.) as customers burn through inventory.
