This time, the culprit is IBM, which posted a huge revenue miss thanks in large part to a 17% Y/Y drop in hardware sales. Flat software sales didn't help either. The Linux kingpin adds it has used up the $179M remaining on a prior $300M authorization since the end of its Feb. quarter.
