• 11:24 AM Diamond Offshore (DO) and RPM International (RPM) this week sold several hundred million dollars in what is becoming the corporate-bond sweet spot: the BBB tiers, the lowest investment-quality ratings. Contrary to rate-hike expectations in futures, the BBB tiers are accounting for 25% of offerings compared to a first-half 18%, as many buyers figure the Fed will stay on the sidelines on rates.
