The AdvisorShares Global Alpha & Beta ETF (NYSE: RRGR) is a broadly diversified global asset allocation ETF which seeks to outperform traditional financial indices such as the S&P 500 Index and the Barclays Capital Aggregate Bond Index through exposure to lower volatility and mitigation of risk, utilizing a “top-down” perspective that focuses on tactical asset allocation and proprietary security selection. RRGR is managed by Your Source Financial (“Portfolio Manager”). The Portfolio Manager seeks to achieve the objective by investing primarily in other ETFs, individual stocks, and American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) that provide investment exposure to global equity markets and that meet certain selection criteria established by the Portfolio Manager.
