To Synchronoss: You're a Growth Stock, Act Accordingly [view article]
to Synchronoss CEO & directors, stop selling stock like the company is on fire!! selling hefty amounts of shares while the price is dropping doesn't give any confidence to the street. Wall or Main. ReplyTo Synchronoss: You're a Growth Stock, Act Accordingly [view article]
Robert - You are right on with this company. Waldis is inexperienced and has not created REAL value for shareholders. He sure likes to sell regularly though. Love the peer comparison, I thought they were compensated a tad high... ReplyEditors
General Discussion on SNCR
Is this a buy or a sell? ReplyRumor Mill: Synchronoss in Play [view article]
Deal only makes sense if SNCR can negotiate a significant premium. SNCR has a global monopoly position with its activation system for iPhones. And once carriers see the cost and other customer benefits of their platform, SNCR is winning incremental business. Take together, SNCR has a huge market oppty over the next 3-5 years. Unless, ERICY or AMDOCS is willing to pay for all that growth potential today, SNCR shareholders should reject their overtures. ReplyWhy Isn't Synchronoss Creating Long-Term Value? [view article]
In response to the comment that SNCR management is always selling free shares: I realize that info has to be public, but why do they take it a step further? They go out of their way to advertise it. Please, someone inform me if that's how it needs to be done! ReplyWhy Isn't Synchronoss Creating Long-Term Value? [view article]
SNCR has been on my watch list for a long time, and while you make some compelling arguments, I'll propose the block-head approach - SNCR is HIGHLY undervalued and I would assume a target for T, VZ, or a dark horse - and the bottom line is that SNCR has CONTRACTS - and for a relatively new company, certainly impressive. I predict great potential for SNCR - and who with cash wouldn't want to buy it out? ReplyWhy Isn't Synchronoss Creating Long-Term Value? [view article]
Mr. Constantine -You are spot on most of the time and your facts are impeccable. I don't know how get your data, but you are accurate and up to date on what is going on in Bridgewater. And yes, ATT is too good to be true as the numbers speak for themselves. Sprint is not only out there in '09 but all but dead. Their lower level sponsor was whacked last month and funding is in trouble. And the European strategy is a non-starter; for solution based on low-cost labor arbitrage, adding a 3rd layer like Siemens swells the cost w/o adding much value.
SNCR is/could be in play and the only sensible suitor is AMDOCS or ATT. Stay tuned. Reply

Why Isn't Synchronoss Creating Long-Term Value? [view article]
Very good insights, if your facts are accurate, which I will assume they are. If a company deals with purchasing instead of the decision makers, end users and technical buyers, it doesn't know how to sell. And if it's dependent on only a few hard nosed clients who can't spell loyalty, it's in trouble. SNCR was mentioned on one of the Fox shows Saturday, and I'll be interested in looking at the charts. those are the same positives SNCR had when it was trading at $48. i like the company too, but buying a falling knife like that seems silly.if anyone notices, SNCR never went higher since the night the CEO was on madmoney, typical cramer pump. plus all the officers are still selling into the price fall. I doubt that Oracle would purchase Manhattan Associates as they have already added the warehouse and transportation modules to their Oracle Application software offering. Your thoughts? ReplyRental
