    More on Synchronoss (SNCR): Q4 beats on all counts as total sales jump 19% Y/Y. Income from operations was $18.7M, +18% Y/Y, with operating margins at 25%. Net income was $11.1M, down from $13.3M in the year ago period due to a higher tax rate caused by the delayed renewal of federal research and development tax credits. Shares +5.9% AH.
