Thursday, December 1, 2011, 11:33 AM Payment-systems provider ACI Worldwide (ACIW -0.7%) extends its tender offer for e-commerce company S1 (SONE -0.5%) while the two companies hammer out a pact that will allow the DoJ more time to review the deal.
