- Wednesday, December 26, 2012, 12:14 PM Kinross Gold (KGC -0.6%) responds to an earlier announcement from Southridge Enterprises (SRGE.PK), saying that Kinross has no agreement with Southridge, as claimed by Southridge, and Kinross is not actively pursuing any such agreement.
