- Thursday, September 29, 2011, 3:33 PM Honeywell (HON +0.2%) wins a jury verdict in its patent infringement case with Solvay (SVYZY.PK). Solvay had sued Honeywell in 2006, claiming it had stolen technology to replace ozone-depleting chlorofluorocarbon refrigerants, but jurors ruled today that the patent was invalid. Comment!
