db X-trackers 2010 Target Date Fund (TDD) is a lifecycle fund designed for investors planning for a life event or retirement in 2010. TDD invests in a variety of asset classes and gradually shifts from the initial portfolio allocation to a more conservative allocation in order to prudently maximize capital appreciation as the fund's target date approaches.TDD seeks investment results generally corresponding to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Zacks 2010 Lifecycle Index-a passively managed, rules based methodology comprised of publicly traded common stock, bonds and ADRs developed by Zacks Investment Research.
