Fitch downgrades three auto-parts makers - Tenneco (TEN), ArvinMeritor (ARM) and American Axle (AXL), on their exposure to GM (GM). While Friday's aid package is "a positive for the entire supply chain," it's only "a temporary measure that does not materially improve the companies' potential for long-term viability."

GM (GM) is down 8% on the Fitch downgrade, and after Goldman moved it to Sell, adding it to its Americas Sell list. It too sees GM needing capital next year. F, LEA and TEN were also downgraded.
