An article posted in Seeking Alpha last Friday infers that THLD's competing drug, TH-302, although similar to palifosfamide in molecular structure, is differentiated enough in nature that there is still sufficient reason to believe it could work. By targeting the hypoxic niche, THLD Th-302 can kill CSCs, where CSCs are known to reside. Killing CSCs are key to cancer tx.
