<p>Navteq, which in October agreed to <a href="http://blogs.barrons.com/techtraderdaily/2007/10/01/nokia-to-buy-navteq-for-81-billion-no-premium-to-fridays-close-both-stocks-fall-garmin-plunges/?mod=BOLBlog&mod=BOLBlog">a $78-a-share bid</a> from Nokia (NOK), is down sharply. Amsterdam-listed Tele Atlas, which is awaiting regulatory approval for its pending acquisition by TomTom (TMOAF.PK), has likewise taken a significant hit.</p>]]>
