  • March 7, 2011 Accuray (ARAY) will acquire TomoTherapy (TOMO) for $277M in cash and stock, a deal that combines the two firms' radiotherapy and radiation oncology treatments. The deal values TOMO at $4.80/share, a 31% premium over its Friday closing price. TOMO +28.1%, ARAY -5.5% premarket. (PR)
