Jefferies downgrades the shares to Hold from Buy and cuts its FY13 EPS estimate to $1.75 from $2 citing comments from CEO Maurice Taylor last week regarding destocking. "I have stated over and over that talk of tire shortages [is] false," he says, adding that "in the past couple months, millions of dollars in tires have been dropped into the aftermarket from the OEMs in the farm and construction industries."
