- Sunday, November 4, 2012, 4:10 AM Hurricane Sandy oil roundup: Hess's (HES) 70K bpd Port Reading refinery in New Jersey has had part of its power restored, although a full restart isn't expected for several days, Phillips 66's (PSX) refinery in the state was still closed as of late yesterday. Colonial Pipeline has recommenced deliveries of oil products to three terminals in Linden, New Jersey, with six more expected to open by tomorrow. The 16M bpd oil terminal in Bayonne, New Jersey has also partially re-opened. Comment! [Energy]
