    It would be nice if the Mr. Katsman can address the litigation in the US and how it may impact the overall "value" of the company. I know the new CEO, Mr. Dahan, will try to max out shareholder value as he'd done before with his last few businesses. Reply

    Or, it may be not diversification after all. Instead, it may be raising some badly needed cash. Comverse faces serious litigation in the US, not only from shareholders but also from the SEC. Sooner or later they will need pay up -the company has publicly acknowledged it had manipulated stocks. There is also the issue of buying back those pesky convertible loans it had assumed.If you do the math, you can see a 750-900M hit on the radar. Reply
