Monday, April 15, 10:41 AM Shares of UniTek Global Services (UNTK -65%) get pummeled coming off a brief trading halt, after disclosing late Friday that it has to restate financial results for the period beginning October, 2011 through September, 2012, due to an internal probe which revealed that several employees of it's Pinnacle Wireless unit had engaged in fraudulent activities that resulted in improper revenue recognition. The company also terminated its CFO and Treasurer, its controller and chief accounting officer, the president of Pinnacle's Wireless division, plus several other employees involved. Comment!
