Chris Hofmann: the patent isn't bad for UNXL. It is a pattern layout, not an actual touch sensor. They would use that pattern with UNXL or ATML, etc.

Chris Hofmann: you claim that the CEO lowered future earnings. My simple point was that this was false. He didn't lower or raise expectations of 2013 EPS
