Tom Shaughnessy: VirnetX also submitted their request asking the judge to set the royalty rate. Apple has 14 days to respond then VirnetX 7 days to respond.

Dustin Moore: I would guess its at least partially that or someone really wants IN and they want in right NOW. Clearly weren't trying to hold price down.

Dustin Moore: I'll be honest, I don't follow $VRNG close enough on this issue. Each case is different. $VHC has a lot going 4 it right now.
