Improvements in both current fashion spending by teenagers and an intention to spend more in the future cuts across income levels and genders. If the spending upturn pans out, it's good news for the sector. Gross margin widened to 57.9% from 56.4%, as the company cited operational efficiencies, lower freight costs and a favorable channel mix. Same-store sales decreased 0.4%. Direct revenues +27% on growth across all channels, while indirect revenue +11%. However, the company issued downbeat guidance for Q1, now expecting an EPS of $0.20 to $0.22 per share on revenue in the range of $120M to $122M.
