Thursday 12:36 pm Wells Fargo (WFC +1.3%) says its top four executive officers (including CEO John Stumpf) won't get cash bonuses, but will rather receive restricted shares that vest in three years, are tied to performance goals, must be held as long as the execs are with the bank and are forfeited if they leave the company.
